PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE It is essential to understand that It takes a lot of work to become an Electrician. For this part we employ post graduate students from Sol- Tech, F&O and other colleges. We offer our students 1 year practical experience at our company to qualify to do their qualification. In the process we have the opportunity to scout for good, hard working and enthusiastic individuals. It gives the work force of our future a look at their future and it makes us proud to make use of our country’s youth. For them it means they gaining invaluable industry experience. Practical work experience teaches valuable skills, such as discipline, perseverance, team work, leadership skills etc. At the end of their practical year, they can apply to do his/her trade to be able to qualify as an Electrician.
